I offer birthing classes custom-designed to fit your unique approach to birth—all in the comfort of your own home. Together, we’ll explore birth techniques, and I’ll show you how maternal positioning can help your baby find favorable positions for a quicker, safer delivery. I’ll help you understand your options for a natural birth, or we can dive deep into your full spectrum of choices if you need relief. I’ll also help you prepare for the 4th trimester, so you know what to expect as you transform into motherhood and experience shifting hormones as your milk comes in. My goal is to help you prepare your body and mind, so you feel confident on your journey.
