Prenatal and Postpartum Massage
Prenatal Session
During our prenatal session, I help you find more comfort by gently softening the tissue and ligaments around your pelvis. This gives your baby more room to move into the best position, making pregnancy and birth easier for you.
I can help with your baby's position, pubic symphysis pain, sciatica, lower back pain, heartburn, anxiety, stress, and sleep issues.
Sessions last about 90 minutes. I use unscented Ayurvedic oil and a special prenatal pillow so you can safely lie face down. I’ll teach you stretches to do at home, so you can keep feeling good and support a smoother, quicker delivery.
Postpartum Session
After birth, I help you regain balance in your body so you recover faster. I work on easing soreness from labor, birth, and breastfeeding, as well as any lingering pain. If you had a c-section, I treat scar tissue. I also help you with body mechanics as you care for your baby. I’ll show you simple stretches and strengthening moves you can do at home, so you can heal at your own pace.
Every session is tailored to what you need most.
Integrative Massage
You can choose a 60- or 90-minute session, and I’ll use a blend of techniques just for you. Whether you need deep tissue, neuromuscular work, or gentle, restorative therapy, I’ll tailor the treatment to help you reconnect with your body and feel more balanced. I’m happy to share stretches and simple tools you can use at home, so you feel confident taking care of yourself between sessions.
